Here is our story
Delivery Opportunities thru Vocational Education Services (DOVES) was established in 1997 to provide vocational education to the underserved communities of Maryland. We are a minority, woman-owned 501(c) (3) non-profit that, since 1997, has opened another office in Atlanta, Georgia, and has expanded our operations to include community service, volunteerism, and cancer awareness support services.
Mission
DOVES empowers individuals and communities by delivering vital technologies, education, resources, and compassionate support services that foster dignity, opportunity, and long-term success. Through the development of technology, delivery of training, community outreach, and holistic care, we create pathways to employment, education, and wellness, uplifting lives one step at a time.
Vision
To unite workforce development, community wellness, and cancer survivorship through action, advocacy, and compassion.
